RETURN

Products can be exchanged or the customer can receive a full refund within 10 days of receiving the product. The situations under which returns are accepted are listed below:

In the case of damaged or defective products: If the product is delivered to you in a damaged state, there is no need to worry. It is advisable to promptly notify our Customer Care team at +91-9953006644 or customercare@nectarnaturals.in. Once the necessary verification is complete, we shall either issue a refund or dispatch a replacement product based on your indicated preference. When returning damaged or defective products, it is necessary to include the original packaging and all items that were delivered.

In the case of a different product dispatched: If you happen to receive a product that is different from what you ordered, there is no need for concern. Kindly contact our Customer Care staff via +91-9953006644 or at customercare@nectarnaturals.in. Based on your chosen option, we will either issue a refund or provide you with a replacement product. When returning the products, it is imperative to include both the original packaging and the contents of your shipment.

In the event that the product fails to deliver the anticipated or adequate outcomes: If the product does not deliver the results as communicated by our advisory team, despite adhering to all pre-purchase directions and cautionary measures provided, you can contact us for a return.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order without being asked any questions. If orders are placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode without any prepayment requirement, no deductions shall be enforced. When orders are scheduled using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode and require an initial payment to secure the booking, or if orders are prepaid, a portion of the base fee charged to us by the payment processing merchant will be deducted and the rest will be refunded. Nonetheless, this permission is solely valid prior to the dispatch of the item from our warehouses. REFUND

Once we verify your request, we'll begin your refund process within 3 business days. Please note that due to inter-bank refund procedures, it may take about a week or two for your bank or credit card statement to reflect the credit.

Nectar Naturals holds the authority to modify or revise the aforementioned policy at any given time, by issuing a notification on their official website. Any modifications or revisions will take effect promptly after being published on the website.
