REFUND POLICY

Return And Cancellation Policy Of Origami Probiotics

Origami Probiotics accepts returns within 10 days of receipt of the product. Customers have the option of either receiving a replacement product or a full refund of the amount paid. You can return in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If a customer receives a product in a damaged or defective condition, they must immediately notify Origami Probiotics' Customer Care team at +91-9953006644 or customercare@nectarnaturals.in. After necessary verification, Origami Probiotics will refund the amount paid or send a replacement product, based on the customer's preference. The damaged or defective products, along with the original packaging, must be returned.
• Different Product Dispatched: If a customer discovers that Origami Probiotics has dispatched a different product than what was ordered, they should notify the Customer Care team promptly. Origami Probiotics will refund the amount paid or send a replacement product, depending on the customer's preference. The contents of the shipment and the original packaging must be returned.
• Inadequate Effect: If a customer finds that the purchased product is not providing the similar or adequate effect as explained by Origami Probiotics' counseling team, despite following all the instructions and precautions, they are eligible for a return.

CANCELLATION:

Customers can cancel their orders without any questions asked. For orders booked with cash-on-delivery (COD) payment mode without any advance payment, no deduction will be applicable. In the case of COD orders with some advance payment or prepaid orders, a deduction of the base fee charged by the payment processing merchant will be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, cancellations are only allowed until the product has not been shipped from Origami Probiotics' warehouses. To cancel an order, customers should contact the Customer Care team immediately at +91-9953006644 or customercare@nectarnaturals.in.

REFUND:

Origami Probiotics will initiate the refund process within three working days of confirming the return. However, it may take 7-15 working days for the refund to be credited or reflected in the customer's bank or credit card account statement.
